The laser emails

This happened a year or so ago. Since my email address is my last name at gmail dot com, I get a lot of emails to others who share my last name. This guy, Michael, thinks that I (Dan) have been storing my laser at his facility. This went on over several months.

Michael:

Dan,     We are very much in need of the work space your laser is in when do you think you could pick it up ?   Michael L******

Michael:
Dan,     Again we need the space your laser is occupying. Please give me a call ASAP   Michael L******


Me:
I will not move the laser.


Michael:
Please explain your response. The work has been completed. We need to have the laser picked up its in our way, otherwise we have no choice except to start charging storage.


Me:
I WILL NOT MOVE THE LASER.


Michael:
Dear Tom,     The issue of your laser still in our lab has come up again in our production mutterings. Please advise us of your plans for the laser system.    Otherwise we will store it and the storage cost will be passed on to you.    Please advise       Michael L******


Me:
You have the wrong email address. I do not own the laser.


Michael:
Dear Dan,     Once again your laser was mentioned in our production meeting. What are your plans for the laser?   We will have to move it again this time we will have to move it to storage and bill you for the storage.      Pleases advise ASAP   Michael L******


Me:
I will not move the laser. I am not called “Dan”.


Michael:
Sorry Tom!         What do you purpose we do with the laser? You aren’t leaving us many choices ?   Please advise   Michael L****


Me:
I really don’t care what you do with it. Maybe you should ask whoever it belongs to.


Michael:
Dear Tom,     I must be confusing you with another person for that I am profusely apologetic.  I have a lasers that was dropped off for evaluation at Cambridge Lasers in Fremont, I have been corresponding with a Dan P****** [dan.p******@gmail.com] an email which you responded to so there must be some sort of mix up, and for that I am again apologetic.      Michael         Michael L******

Michael, there are no hard feelings. I will never move that laser. You need to talk to Dan P****** about that.
