get lost in the sound
Written by jeff , conover,nc on Friday, July 06, 2007 9:29 PM

just got these speakers and they sound great…nice highs and midrange, lack the heavy bottom end,but is acceptable for normal listening especially rap and metal that is bass heavy.
i mainly listen to any metal then rock and pop then soft easy listening.but thought i would compare different music to test them out and i havent found any music that they dont handle well, classical, country, rap, gospel all sounded great!
i bought them to upgrade a really old pair of polks nobody remembers from late 80’s monitor5jr+ bookshelf speakers that sound just a good as they did when i bought them. i have a onkyo 604 receiver, the 50’s,monitor5jr’s,infinity bookshelfs that are just as old as the 5 jr’s and polk psw12 sub.
all purchased from crutchfield over the years been a customer for almost 20 years and will continue!
they are a top notch customer friendly company.
buy them you will not be dissapointed!
enjoy!!!! Was this review helpful? Yes | No

Crutchfield review for these speakers.

I voted no. I’m pretty sure whoever wrote this is brain dead. The speakers look pretty nice, though.
